September 24, 2023 - Still medium hay color. Strong soapstone with a little citrus on the nose. Sweet citrus, guava, and a soapy texture. A bit of tertiary fermentation bubbles. Very tasty. Better than I remember the last bottle being.

December 13, 2022 - Bottle 1169g. Modestly intense aromas of grape skin, melon rind. Dry, with elevated levels of prickly acidity, medium-bodied though only 12.5°. Lemon on the palate, and saline. Drying on the finish (phenolic?). Like the texture.

November 4, 2022 - Reflective light gold with a very slight orange-ish tint. Cumquat and mild citrus notes on the nose. Light and refreshing with lime and mineral notes and a lingering finish with gooseberry elements. Very tasty.
