Community Tasting Notes 1

  • Jeremy Holmes wrote:

June 5, 2021 - From Magnum this was in very nice condition, pouring out with a bright appearance and no browning. The nose was complex, with notes of smoke, decaying leaves, truffle and strawberry. It was silky in the mouth, with fruit flavours that had a honeyed sweetness and plenty of savoury nuance. There was still a bit of chew to the back end and gentle minerally acidity. It wasn't deep or long but eminently satisfying.
