Community Tasting Notes 1

October 1, 2007 - Made from a blend of 45% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Shiraz, 20% Carmenère, 10% Petit Verdot and 5% Sangiovese this wine is aged in French oak for 18 months. Deep violet in colour I found ripe red fruits, white pepper and meaty notes on the nose. The palate is rich and creamy – sabvoury capsicum and ground pepper characters co-exist seamlessly with intense fruit, dark chocolate and espresso. Very nice.
