  January 25, 2024 - Aroma is vegetal (asparagus) , some grass notes and apple
  Flavor is mostly vegetal and grassy with a decent Creamy texture and oak notes.
  Creamy finish lays on your tongue. Some might say butter, but I wouldn't go that far.

  January 16, 2024 - Just a perfect Chardonnay to go with the simple meal of salad and shrimp. I didn't want to pull out a PM or other higher end Chard and this just hit the spot. A zesty and fun wine that is at a perfect price point for an everyday drinker. I don't understand why Jordan is not rated higher on their wines. I really enjoy both the Cab and the chardonnay.

  March 22, 2023 - Exhibits a beautiful French quality that expresses lemons, lemon blossom, jack fruit, green apples, and wet stone aromas. Crunchy, and vibrant, medium bodied, with gorgeous tension, dimension, and complexity. Lovely.
