May 15, 2023 - Gambero Rosso Tasting (Doltone House, Sydney): Smells dense, concentrated, a little mushroom, dark hued fruit is reserved/contained, a little pot pourri note. Medium plus intensity acidity and tannins; coarse floury textured, that little umami note, touch of dark fruits, long, slight warmth on the finish. Slightly out of whack. Okay.

September 22, 2022 - La Rosa 10 year vertical on Zoom with Fabio Bosio. Drank in Conterno Sensory.
Appearance is clear, pale intensity, ruby colour. Legs.
Nose is clean, medium+ intensity, with aromas of fruity red cherries, sweet spices, floral violet + baby powder, ?vanillin in the background. Developing.
On the palate, dry, crystalline high acidity, medium+ alcohol, fine high tannins with good chew, full body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of fruity ripe red cherries, sweet spices. Very primary. Medium+ finish.
Good quality. Too primary at this stage to pass full judgement. But quite on point with the new style trend in the wine connoisseur market.
