  Decanted an hour & drunk over 2h. Violets, tart raspberry, tomato leaf, black pepper, cocoa powder, plum, hint of balsamic, herbs & over steeped black tea.
  
  Feminine Syrah in execution, not worth the price paid in my opinion. Paired with a 72h sous vide boneless shortrib, that was finished on the BBQ.

  Less green and more integrated this time. Still a little thin, but a decent wine for sure. A little overpriced in the BC marketplace. Better as a food pairing wine.

  November 27, 2021 - VERY long decant- it needed it.
  Ruby red. Medium bodied
  Smoky, dark fruit, some baking spices.
  Nuanced and a little thin. Nicely balanced. All primary taste components at this time. Will be interesting to taste again in 5 years. Decent juice.
