  November 29, 2023 - Nose crunchy red fruit. Strawberry cream mineral. Floral rose. A bit of herbal astringency. Palate shows more of both astringency and fruit along with a healthy mineral dose. Not highest acid in this vintage but it’s got plenty. Great balance and amazing longevity.

  April 3, 2023 - To the extent we have a "house rose", this is perhaps it - meaning we get a few bottles every single vintage. Well priced, hits way above $, holds well for 3+ years. Nose strawberry, mineral, slightly salty, cranberry, herbal, creamy a bit. Palate balanced, with ample acid. Bright, juicy fruit, mineral extract driving a salty finish. Hints of astringent herbs toward finish.

  August 21, 2022 - This is showing more "typicity" now - Nose of strawberry and cherry, a bit of cranberry, mineral, herbal. Palate balanced, ample ripe red fruit, a bit creamy, herbal and mineral notes accentuate.

  March 4, 2022 - Pretty consistent with this bottling from every vintage. Still very primary at this stage. Nose strawberry, a bit of banana, a bit of bubble gum still(!). Mineral and acid underlying the giving fruit. Moderate finish - showing a tad hot this vintage - or maybe it's mineral, since it's a 12.5%? No hurry to drink the other 3 bottles. Year in and out, this is a remarkable value - amazing quality and depth for a pittance.
