October 24, 2012 - Round, smooth, full-bodied dark cherry fruit with loads of acid and minerality, oaky and leathery flavors, tannins ample, excellent structure, thick viscosity, medium finish, fruit seems restrained by the acid, very enjoyable wine

December 10, 2011 - Big wine right out the gates. Youthful with blackberry fruit flavors, long finish and tannins still resolving. First bottle out of a case that had been tucked away in the cellar. A clear winner which should be enjoyed over the next 2 years.
