May 24, 2023 - Delicious Cayuse funk, dark berry, tasty olive, meat, and earthy notes on the nose and savory palate with moderate long finish.

February 12, 2023 - No formal notes, but probably the wine of the night. Ever changing nose holding lots of interest. Nice on the palate, great fruit complemented and held in check by liveliness. Needs some years to gain more complexity.

December 17, 2022 - Two hour double decant. Deep dark magenta color. Korean plum, peppered rare filet mignon, bear claw, ripe strawberries, green olives, orange rind, and bay leaf on the nose. Smooth, dry, meaty, full bodied palate, with nice acidity. Firm, full tannins on the longish finish.
This is well made, but way too savory for me. It’s super complex and was helped by prosciutto we ate with it.1 person found this helpful Comments (2) -
