July 9, 2023 - Finger Lakes Summer of Riesling 2023; 7/7/2023-7/10/2023 (Finger Lakes, New York, USA): FLX 2023 Day 2, Winery 4: Citrusy. RS 0.6%, TA 7.0 g/L. Definitely not sweet, instead a pleasant balance between the acid and residual sugar.

August 10, 2022 - On the sweeter side but loved the acidity and zip! Apples, pears, and stone fruit. Great texture and very easy drinking. Price isn’t great @ $35 as I would pay half.

January 30, 2022 - Floral and fresh lemon custard. The stone fruits carry some extra sweetness through the palate. Tasted with chive pork dumplings, and it paired great.
