February 25, 2023 - Glass: Zalto Bordeaux
Popped and poured, drunk over two weeks. Clear, medium ruby color. Right after opening lots of Amarena cherry, cooked fruit, oak and spices. After 7+ days the nose got fine and more elegant.
This wine is way too young. At day one probably around 87-88 pts, not very complex, massive, rather hot. After 7-10 days in the open bottle it got more refined, elegant and balanced, the clear fruit emerged and the high abv of 15% intergated beautifully. So at the end after 10+ days clearly around 90-91 -
