  February 12, 2024 - Deep ruby, almost purple in color; cassis, graphite and black cherries on the nose; medium plus acidity; high tannins; tastes like blackberry jam, black plum, wet gravel, and a hint of eucalyptus with a long fruity finish. Nellie likes it with food. I love it. Should be great with a steak.

  February 4, 2024 - A very nice cab. Not heavy at all; enough fruit but not sweet. A very pleasant drink.

  January 29, 2024 - A surprisingly good QPR! Med-full body/complexity, medium finish. Still fairly young, med+ tannins. A very good food wine. Drinking range of 2024+ - 2029 is probably right on track.

  October 13, 2023 - Still a little young, but had to give it a try. Deep, dark fruit, good structure, long finish. Second day was even better. Deep earth tones, with smooth dried plum and sandalwood spice.
