March 19, 2024 - Dark dark center, red/purple rim - still very youthful.
Spicy, Syrah-like, porty, caramel, wet stones and iron, sweet.
Smooth with a dry note in the background, mixture of blackberries and cherries, touch of chocolate, slight woody note, great fruit-driven finish that is like port with slightly lower alcohol (18.5%).
Excellent sweet fortified red, going strong on day 3, drink now or keep for a while. -
