May 28, 2023 - Decanted an hour.
Cigar humidor, black cherry, clove, slightly floral, dried mushroom, plum.
Paired well with fresh Pappardelle & a simple meat sauce. -

April 25, 2023 - Tasted it at Cantinella Antinori; well developed and balanced, good length; and carries the 15% alcohol quite well. No heat on the palate.
Nicely complex nose.
