  April 12, 2024 - Quick decant. Polished nose of blueberry and violets is quite focused. Blackberry and blueberry palate is lush and vibrant with lots of energy. Strong but smooth tannins on the finish with red berries, cherry, tart acidity and forest floor.

  March 4, 2024 - Took this to dinner last night and it did not disappoint.
  It's yummy, yummy, and well balanced. Holy moly.... I feel lucky to have two more bottles.

  January 19, 2024 - To quote another taster, summer berry fruit and delicious. Full bodied for sure and quite exuberant. I prefer Carlisle zinfandel with a little more age so I'll try to keep my last bottle (and any 2019+ Carlisle zinfandels) for at least a couple years.

  December 30, 2023 - Outstanding! I've had hundreds of Zinfandels over the years, and this is among the very best. Extraordinarily well put together, especially for a wine so young. I usually like to wait 5-6 years to drink my Zins, but this one can be consumed now. It's a late entry into my wines of the year.
