March 28, 2024 - Really an outstanding showing by this wine. This particular bottle was open and ready for business…drank beautifully over 3 days and will probably go for another 10+ years. Dark fruits, char, and a touch of baking spices.

December 17, 2022 - Very, very dark. Edgy and unapproachable initially. But ever so slowly it opens up with a very unique taste. Don’t drink early. Wait!

December 9, 2022 - This bottle took about three hours to really open up. Then it became supple and half the acidity dropped away. Lots of dark fruit and some pepper - it sure is full bodied! Got lots of life left in it!

September 21, 2022 - Decanted for 2 hours. This Sirah has a pronounced nose of dark fruits. On the palate, intense notes of dark blackberries and blueberries come across with medium tannins and low acidity. Full bodied and delicious.
