June 15, 2018 - Drank this wine at Bee Heong Palace to celebrate Fathers' Day and my FIL's Birthday.

Made up of 65% Grenache Blanc, 30% Roussanne and 5% Picpoul Blanc, this wine is mature and perhaps a good time to consume and the wine.

Deep yellow in colour with notes of Asian pear, canola, elderflowers, honeysuckle, eucalyptus, lemon and minerals.

Well structured and balanced with acidity and a strong finish.

February 13, 2018 - Drank a bottle today with my best mates from the University days.

Golden in colour with notes of ripe red apples, grapefruit, honeysuckle, lemon skin, pear, and a touch of floral notes.

Wine felt a little old and aged, with the acidity holding up but fading as the tasting went by. Recommended to drink and finish up if you have any left in your cellar.

November 3, 2017 - Brought this wine to Imperial Treasure Super Peking Duck (Paragon) tonight to celebrate a birthday.

Deep gold in colour with notes of minerals, ripe apples, apricot, peaches and sea breeze. Very well balanced with all the elements hitting the right places.

Acidity still holding up well despite eleven years of age. A very impressive wine!

August 5, 2017 - Nougat , honeyed nose. In the mouth well integrated, jasmine, yellow stone fruit. Quite nice, but quite heavy as well, definitely needs food to pair well.

July 9, 2017 - Was light and crisp perfect match for a cooking class dish of a Riesling Coq Au Vin with garlic smashed potatoes. Now I wish I had more bottles.
