October 21, 2023 - Had with Pierre Gagnaire Seoul course menu. Classic Mosel riesling. Lively, bubbles. Citrus, petrol, lychee. Matched everything with a smile on its face, from sea bream carpaccio to duck breast with girolles. So enjoyable and at 8% perfect for lunch.

May 15, 2023 - Slight gasoline on the nose. Good sweetness level with lemon, lime, and pear on the palate. Not much else. A bit thin.
A nice wine but underwhelming by J.J. Prum standards.
