Community Tasting Notes 1

    November 9, 2023 - App: Deep ruby
Nose: med+ intensity, dark cherry, roses, clove, black pepper, red plum, cedar, a lot of spicy notes on the nose, dark chocalate, developing.
Palate: Dry, high acidity, high alcohol, high tannins (coarse), med+ body, med intensity, roses, leafy, dark plum, bluberry, chocalate, med finish.
Overall, this is a good wine. The wine was very closed at the beginning and opens up in a few hours. A lost of tannins (a bit bitter after taste) coating the mouth with high alcohol.
