September 23, 2023 - Clear light yellow. Pleasant nose, apple, lemon and a hint of reduction. Slightly rich lemon and mineral flavours and a dry finish that showed a bit of Chablis character.

May 21, 2023 - Light yellow with green tint. Citrus, limestone and minerality. Good acidity and fresh, but still tasted commercial and unexciting. Much more decent than the 2020 Jadot Pouilly-Fuissé that we paired against.
