August 3, 2021 - Great colour with all its green tinges. There's plenty of struck match to the aroma, along with white mushroom development, some mint, lemon and custard apple. It has good richness and is so clean and pure. there's real saline minerality and a finish with great vibrancy and persistence. A near perfect showing from an aged bottle.
