  March 1, 2024 - Well done for a 2017, but still a 2017 -- it's pretty, with a nice balance of fruit and earth, but there's just nor much depth here.

  December 1, 2023 - Delicious. Similar impressions as Bob. Crisp and coiled up. Some yeasty, bready notes on the nose. Citrus and green apple. We all enjoyed it.

  샴페인에서 기대하는 브리오슈, 시트러스향이 다 나긴 하는데 강렬하지 않아서 조금 약하긴 하다.
  입에서는 산도가 조금 치고 올라오는 느낌이 나는데 처음에는 입맛을 돋워주는 정도이다.
  한 시간 정도 지나고 나면 오히려 향은 더 좋아지는데 산도가 좀 지나치게 올라와서 딜레마가 생긴다.

  July 13, 2023 - The aromatics here lean towards the slightly astringent: peach skin and lime zest. It sounds odd, perhaps, and it's certainly a unique expression. I happen to like it. The palate on the '17 is lighter, with lip smacking acidity but perhaps a touch dilute compared to the '16 and '18. Still, a fun bottle but possibly one to drink in the next few years.
