November 21, 2022 - The nose is orange zest, florals, and Chamomile. On the palate, there is subtle citrus and minerals. A good acidic pop. Delicious.

February 3, 2022 - 13.6% abv. Medium straw, very aromatic. This wine is highlighted by focused saline minerality combined with a deep, lush texture. Very striking. Excellent now and should be even better in 3-5 years. Exceptional Chardonnay.
