  June 4, 2021 - Pop and pour. Mature and relaxed Syrah toward the end of its window and seen better days but still very enjoyable. Dark fruit and licorice, relaxed tannins. Drink up.

  May 15, 2020 - Decanted for 30 minutes before service. In the glass, still quite youthful in appearance - red with a pink meniscus, shading quickly to deep, dark violet-maroon at the core. On the nose, blackberry, salty olive, and a background note of Meyer lemon. On the palate, soft on the attack with more structure on the finish, with blackberries, meat, and fresh ground pepper. Slight hints of oxidation on the finish; now is definitely the time to check in if you haven't already.
