  Quality:
  Very Good
  - Fresh green fruits, citrus fruits and peels jump out of the glass, a very enticing, fruity nose complemented with slight autolytic flavours. On the palate, there's expressive minerality, intense fruit and autolytic flavours, balanced with sharp acidity. Quite a lengthy finish with lingering notes of minerality and citrus peel. As a 10-years-in-bottle vintage sparkling this is still very fresh (thanks to the lees I guess), very enjoyable, easy drinking but doesn't lack complexity, very good stuff, might lack some tertiary flavours to be outstanding.

  Suitable for bottle ageing. Intense flavours, strong structure, sharp acidity, can definitely develop further to gain more complexity.

  February 25, 2024 - This is developing very nicely. Fresh, citrus, grapefruit and stone fruits. Plenty of time left in these.

  December 25, 2023 - Pale lemon, nose of apple, pear, lemon, lime, dough, nuts & smoke. Nice mouthfeel and fine bubbles. Strong acidity. To taste apple, pear, lemon, lime, honey, nuts, smoke & peach. Long. Very good. Lovely balance and super fresh with intense flavours. Needs more time but further potential.

  December 8, 2023 - Lean and lemony, green apple, touch of croissant. Tried this next to the heavenly 1992 so hard to assess objectively. Seems incredibly young.

  November 14, 2023 - Showing the typical acidity and Granny Smith apple characteristics of an English sparkling wine, but also with an element of blue cheese. Delicious - although a slow drink given the acidity.
