mouth - quite rich, and perhaps richer than my preferred style leading me to think that perhaps I like the Santa Barbara cuvee better. The creamy rich finish however will be pleasing to many. All in all still in balance and not difficult to drink but it could be a little more racy for my palate. -

September 20, 2021 - Medium-light golden yellow in color. Full, forward & fragrant nose of ripe fruit aromas of apples, lemons/limes & some hints of tropical fruit notes of pineapples with overtones of spices, minerals & a hint of oak/vanilla in the background. Medium-light bodied with a good concentration of well balanced & smooth textured, ripe fruit flavors of apples, lemons/limes & pineapple with minerals, spices & oak/vanilla. Lingering finish. Drinks quite well at present but may benefit from an additional year or two of further aging.
