August 3, 2008 - Light honey on the nose. Pear and red apple on the palate. Somewhere between watery and slightly silky on the mouthfeel. There is good acid but it is just a little overpowered by the sugar. Definite green Bartlett pear on the long finish. Good but lacked richness and was just a bit unbalanced.
