  July 8, 2023 - Tasted like tobacco and hint of blueberry after a quick pop and poor. Decanted the rest and it really opened up after 45 minutes. Gentle tannins and full of fruit. Good value for price paid.

  August 26, 2022 - Not a lot of fruit off the nose. Almost smells of worn leather and dust. Not a lot of fruit on the pallet, medium tannin on the back end. Good enough, but it wasn’t quite what I was expecting (not sure what I was expecting though). I’ll be interested in the next bottle to compare notes in the future.
  
  Update: after some time, this wine really opened up. Producing a lot more fruit on the pallet. Glad I kept at it with this one. I would recommend decanting this one for at least 30-45 minutes, probably an hour.

  Quite easy, delicious merlot.
  Quite restrained old school styled.
  Simple easy pom,

  Flashy dark fruit upfront
  Easy to like, but feels a bit flabby.
  But then dries out a bit in the finish.
  Great QPR for a Pom
  And tastes like a Pom
