  January 2, 2022 - In the decanter 3 hrs prior to drinking. Dried red fruits, strawberries, cherry and pomegranate, with a confectionery edge to it. Little bit of floral and dustiness going on here too. Tannins are fine and not overly grippy, unlike previous vintages. Drink to 2025.

  September 3, 2021 - Popped and poured cork natural 14.1 % 4400 bottles filled - big jump up from last year 2900 50% whole bunch 14 months in 3yo 2200l Slavonian oak
  
  Colour beautiful translucent ruby , purple hues magenta edges 15/15
  Nose fragrant red ripe fruits raspberry red cherry ,deep red rose floral , spice , 29/30
  Palate med bodied rich ripe luscious red fruits , spice , cassis red liquorice , intense concentrated , long perfumed finish ,smooth as silk , good acidity thoughout the palate 42/44
  Overall this is a beautiful fragrance like a Pinot but different , needs a little more time in the bottle to fill out 10/11
