February 4, 2024 - 6 hour decant and drank over 2 days. Day 1 - disappointing; lacking in complexity and clipped finish. Day 2 - a good amount better but not quite there yet. IMO, years from being ready.

December 8, 2023 - Wanted to check in on a newer Falstaff and this did not disappoint. Great fruit and smooth 40 second finish. Dark red color and no flaws. Another year will be great for this bottle

October 11, 2023 - Terry decanted this before we left for dinner at Bistro Don
Sipped with our new friend Nino back at Senza hotel.
What a brilliant wine. Cab franc heavy. Mix of chalky dark fruits, floral, herbs and spices. Chewy tannins on nice long finish.
I’d come back to this in a year and I’m
    Sure it will be better.

Nino was also so generous to bring incredible wines for us to taste. Great times.

December 25, 2022 - Decanted 6 hours. Elegant and superbly integrated for such a young wine. Taste of earth, ash, bell pepper. Drink with prime rib on Christmas. 🌲😁

September 19, 2022 - Opened in the bottle all day. I’m not getting much singular Cabernet Franc elements here but more the Realm house style. Ultra ripe dark fruit, chalky minerals, milk chocolate and dried herbs. Slightly tannic but texturally luxurious and very drinkable young. My preference for these and all Realm is to drink young.
