  September 29, 2007 - Second bottle in the past month with similar notes. A tad sweet, but really just a tad. Wonderful hints of vanilla on the finish. Great with brunch or while cooking brunch.

  June 2, 2007 - Drink Local/Eat Local -- California Artisanal Food and Wine: Crisp attack of apples and yeast, creamy mouthfeel, slightly sweet finish. Perfect with cherry Pavlova.

  January 2, 2007 - Very light gold color...not overly effusive with a nice bubble texture and a soft and light nose of fresh red berries with a touch of ripe sweetness to it. Great texture and balance with a pleasant and again, light fruit sweetness that made this very enjoyable and nice treat to drink.
