September 11, 2022 - Vinetasters: 2020 Patrick Piuze (Skokie, IL): Served single blind. Excellent aromatic intensity, with a slight waxiness and clearly some good fruit weight here. On the palate, this has a distinctly chalky texture and good breadth to counterbalance the acidity. I'm a huge fan of this -- it drinks like a straight-up textbook Chablis to me right now. My 1st, group's 7th.
