January 1, 2024 - 醒酒十五分钟，淡宝石红偏紫色，闻香有蔓越莓，白石灰，奶油和草莓香气，入口酸度高，单宁几乎没有，口中触感柔软，草莓汁为主的强烈果汁感，需要醒酒。醒酒两小时，回塞两小时，新年份酒的香气更加明显，草莓糖和蔓越莓，入口单宁还是细腻得几乎没有，红果和草莓糖香气为主，酒体轻盈，风格飘逸，香气新鲜而又直接，对我来说复杂度稍欠，从酒的风格来说，应该就是走新鲜宜饮的路线去。

May 7, 2022 - Pleasantly inviting, fine, almost salty bouquet of red berries. Very fresh, ripe blood orange, black cherry and blackberries on a light, juicy, charming palate, Tannins are fine and silky, and the alcohol hardly is sensed. This not a powerhouse Höllenberg loaded with blackberry and bacon fat, but a fine, extremely precise wine with a complex aromatic expression. Very much in style of a young modern Chambolle: elegant, ripe, clean.
