  May 10, 2024 - I do not smell or taste much of Cab Franc, pleasant but could be anything else. Has structure, body, nose, and fruit extracted profile. Way more jammy than a Cab Franc would be, especially from France.

  Dark chocolate nose with a hint of barnyard.
  Dark fruit with great acid.

  June 28, 2023 - Soft leather, purple fruit, green incense, black pepper. Aromatically very interesting, it just lacks structure in my opinion. Not exactly flabby, just soft. I hope (and expect) the leather note gains intensity with cellar time. Drink or hold.

  May 22, 2023 - I was so looking forward to this. The garagiste notes were glowing and I’ve yet to find a franc I didn’t like. While this was good it skewed heavy on the plummy/extracted flavors. It had amazing depth and it lingered in my mouth for quite some time, but it wasn’t a structure I particularly enjoyed. The extracted fruit was too much. I much preferred the 100 pour 100 from the same producer.

  October 5, 2022 - A plummy, ripe Cabernet Franc with mild vegetal notes and relatively low acidity. Better solo than with food. 14% ABV.
