February 24, 2024 - Two hour decant, needed a little more. First glass had a bite to it, remainder of bottle really smoothed out and was excellent.

April 21, 2023 - Stunning. Huge blue fruit really shine after being opened for about an hour. Wine will will easily age for 5+years.
Works better with protein than dessert -
