  April 10, 2023 - No notes taken. This showed superb with a fine vinous aromatic profile centered around some darker berries with a chalky minerality and some yeasty notes. Not super complex but layered enough to be interesting. Fine structural frame with a medium, round and well integrated acidity and fine mousse and a soft texture. Looking at the price tag (not considered for the rating), this plays among the best values out there and will give many entry level cuvees from Champagne a run for their money.

  February 26, 2023 - Quite fruity on both nose and palate. I judge it a bit more complex than the Tassie Mumm served at same time. Lemony acidity. A fine mousse and a long finish.

  January 16, 2023 - Red and yellow apple skins. Bread dough. Matcha. Yuzu and lemon zest. Lovely as always. My favorite of Schramsberg’s three entry level wines.
