July 16, 2015 - Wow, what a wine! Regretted by not having done a better food to pair it. I bought this bottle back in 2009. I left in the decanter for 1H. There was much sediment in the bottle. Beautiful ruby color with brick-red hues. Numerous and slow tears. An explosion of plums, cane molasses, toffee candy. Also brings oak hints and some animal aromas hard to identify. Very high acidity that makes you salivate and fully balanced with a super structured body. Perfect tannins. High persistence and a retro taste that brings honey and cinnamon (?). A marvel of wine!

January 5, 2015 - Earthy with rich fruit. Mature, very pleasant on the nose and palate. Long and balanced. Just lovely!
