August 11, 2023 - Ripe grapefruit, lilies, crown flower, guava, agave and lemon thyme. Savory minerals throughout every phase on the palate, with the requisite percolating tendencies. Long and gliding. There’s the vintage’s fullness and a killer grip. So delectable today, but will age for many years as the intensity and backbone are well-balanced. So classic. Drink 2025 -.

April 8, 2023 - palest straw colour, very fine mineral nose full of nuance, class, and character, lovely finesse and intensity also on the palate, excellent now but will easily hold and maybe even gain additional complexity over 10 years
