August 1, 2023 - Recommend this be served at cellar temp and no colder. Initially quite acidic and closed cold. Opened up - blossomed if you will - with temp and air. Lemon curd. Apple. Some tropical notes. Racy. Very nice.

April 15, 2023 - Savory, but recalcitrant by its own - flourished with food to help create a contrast. I doubt I'd buy another bottle at that price point, but it was interesting.
