February 3, 2022 - A very well made wine and a delight for those of us who eschew the flabby, oaky, buttery California Chardonnays that dominate the shelves in wine stores and supermarkets. This pale yellow wine is austere and flinty with very light fruit fragrances, but it has a lovely mouth feel and finish. It is an excellent white wine for those who prefer the taste of wine to the taste of fruit or the taste of wood.
