March 24, 2023 - Its good, nothing really memorable though. Does not really bring out the syrah character. high acid, light and aromatic. maybe a few more years? It got a little better towards the end of the night. 90-91

November 28, 2022 - Very good: Tuscan Syrah can be a real mixed bag but this is what you (I) want: Rhone with some Tuscan sunshine. It has definition- floral nose, dark fruit palate with some smoke, tobacco, spice. Leather? Has the structure to age. Really good

November 3, 2022 - Lay & Wheeler Italy Growers' Tasting: Brief notes: Lovely nose - initially plummy but becomes more tobacco and meaty. Plump but also fine with lots of fine tannins. A little luxurious, but stays vibrant.
