December 5, 2023 - The nose is dominated by wood, smoke and spices, with the palate opening up with layers of dark fruit. Balanced acidity lends some freshness. High grippy tannins are screaming for some meat.
Medium ruby colour.
Pronounced aromas of leather, cedar, smoke, dark chocolate, dried pepper, cinnamon, black berry, black currant, blueberry, red cherry, dried flowers.
Pronounced palate.
Medium (+) body, medium (+) acidity , high tannin, medium (+) finish. -
