December 5, 2021 - Most of it ended up in a pasta sauce, but really not that bad. Cherry bubblegum and a hint of banana, light and fresh but not scrawny or skinny, with a buttery texture and a light and clean finish with pleasant papery tannins (86). The finish feels quite pinched and dry on the second day, even if length is good (85).

November 23, 2021 - Medium to deep purple colour. Nose of banana, followed by strawberry. More tannins than other nouveaux this year and a bit tarte, with a medium finish.
