  September 6, 2023 - Medium yellow/silver. Aroma of toasted almond, wet straw, thyme, oak, touch of smoke. Complex flavour of greengage, apple pie, butter, nutmeg, rancid lemon, creme patisserie, hint of vanilla and sour apple. It’s just superb. More to come as it ages I expect. I could drink this over an evening and see how it evolves. A wine to share.

  The problem is it gets worse after that. The fonk isn't fonky so the sweetness goes meh.
