Albariño grapes from vines that ferment in stainless steel for six months and then rest in bottle for more than two years. As expected it presents delicate aromas that try to mark the benchmark of the DO, namely notes of plums, herbs, citrus and some saline hydrocarbons. Slow presentation on the nose. Its structure is firm and serious, with a high acidity and a slightly alcoholic finish. To show some elegance needs a lot more time.
Servido por copas. Selección de El Corte Inglés. Uvas Albariño procedente de parras que fermentan en acero inoxidable durante seis meses y luego reposan en botella por más de dos años. Tal y como se espera presenta unos delicados aromas que intentan marcar el referente de la DO, a saber, notas a ciruelas, hierbas, cítricos y algo de hidrocarburos salinos. Presentación pausada. Al paladar su estructura es firme y seria, de una elevada acidez y un final ligeramente alcohólico. Para mostrar algo de elegancia necesita de bastante más tiempo.1 person found this helpful Comment
