December 6, 2022 - Toasty, brioche, lees, baked apple, dried citrus, and spice nose. Very dry palate with complex flavours; brightly acidic, earthy mineral and citrus charactered finish.

May 1, 2022 - Very nice sparkling wine.
Nice foam and bubbles.
Some yeast autolysis character after 4 years on the lees.
Comes across very bright and somewhat linear.
