Community Tasting Notes 2

April 7, 2023 - Bright, clear, bright gold color. Aromas of lemon zest, fresh orange & orange blossom, ginger powder, allspice berry, oyster shell. Dense on the palate, adding notes of fresh stone fruit to the citrus, with secondary crushed stone, jasmine, nutmeg spices and rose hips. Richly layered, with moderate acidity and tight fleshy density, finishing with moderate length and notes of toasted almond and citrus zest.

May 15, 2022 - White peach, salt, melon. Medium body, more melon, punchy acid finish. Also a big burst of pepper to round it off. Good bit of sweetness.

    B+
