May 26, 2023 - Slightly floral with rich mousse accompanied by medium weight orchard fruit that is hinting at some subtle spice. Finishes on the tart side, but overall reasonably well balanced.

February 10, 2022 - Not my favorite Cruse. On the plus side, it had interesting floral aromatics, and some delicate pear/orchard fruit on the palate. On the negative side, it was thin, unbalanced, slightly natty/acetic, and reminded me of a txakolina from a mass market producer.
