December 25, 2023 - Ripe apple, fresh citrus, and a hint of toast / brioche. Good balance, weight and texture with lots of bubbles. Great now, but I have no doubt this will continue to improve. A crowd pleaser. Magnum; Disgorged Feb 2022.
