    NB
    Pineau d’Aunis. 80yo.
    Low yields. 20hl/ha

The grapes were placed ‘whole bunch’ into 50-hectolitre fibreglass vats for seven to eight months and fermented naturally with minimal extraction and the wine was bottled without filtration or fining and just a little SO2 before bottling.

Pineau d’Aunis was King Henry III’s favourite wine and he started importing casks of it from France to England in 1246!
